2. CONDITIONS FOR RESERVATION

A client who is below the age of 17 years when booking is required to present written consent from a parent or guardian. A client who is below the age of 13 years and above 60 years when departing on a travel may be required to be accompanied on the travel by a caretaker, be escorted by a caretaker until departure, or be met at the airport by a responsible party upon arrival, depending upon the circumstances. Anyone to depart on a travel who has a chronic disease, is ill, pregnant, physically handicapped, or otherwise requires special care is requested to state so upon booking. KOMPAKH arranges for necessary care within reason; however, in some cases a person who will depart on a travel will be requested to present a health certificate issued by a physician. Also, depending upon local situations and available support from local medical facilities, someone may be accepted to depart on a travel only on condition that he/she is accompanied by a personal caregiver/protector. Aside from the above, KOMPAKH may decline a booking for business reasons.

3. TRAVEL FARE

Travel fare includes accommodation, boat and car transport and meals during the travel, as specified in the tour brochure / itinerary. Travel fare excludes air fare, airport taxes, visa fees, travel insurance, laundry, excess baggage charges, room services, personal expenses and tips to hotel, guide, and porters.

4. PAYMENT OF TRAVEL FARES

The participants shall remit 50% of the travel fare (the balance remaining after the deposit is credited) no later than 14 days prior to departure, using the payment method designated by KOMPAKH.

5. RATES

All rates quoted in US Dollar or Rupiah are subject to change without prior notice. Possible price charges will be communicated before a travel package is booked.

6. VALIDITY

All information and prices shown are correct at the time of print, the contact.

7. FINAL CONFIRMATION

All tours will be conducted based on final confirmation to KOMPAKH and by transferring the travel fare not more than 14 days before departure.

8. CANCELLATION

Any cancellation must be in writing or in person to KOMPAKH, not more than 12 days before departure. The following cancellation charges will apply:

9. UNUSED SERVICES

No refund will be made with respect to accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours or any other services included in the travel fare but not utilized by the participant, either in part or full, or where the participant amends, cancels or otherwise varies arrangements after commencement of the tour.

10. RIGHTS TO REJECT

KOMPAKH reserves the rights to cancel or withdraw any itinerary or any reservations made for a client or decline or refuse any passenger as a member of the tour, if it appears that such person is likely to endanger the health or safety, or impair the comfort and enjoyment of others on the tour.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

KOMPAKH shall not be liable for any cost, expenses, or damages whatsoever incurred or suffered by the customer that arises from any of the following events:

Mechanical breakdown (except where it is due to negligence on the part of KOMPAKH or its agents)

Government actions

Weather

Strikes

Compulsory quarantine or other circumstances beyond its control

Failure of the passenger to obtain required documentation (e.g. health certificates, visas, passports, etc)

Failure of the passenger to follow reasonable instructions including but not limited to check-in and check-out places and times.
